Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance, a janitorial bond and workers' compensation coverage. We can send a certificate of insurance on request.
Are your employees background-checked?
Yes. Every team member passes a background check before working in a client facility.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. We schedule a free on-site walkthrough, then send a clear, no-obligation quote within one business day.
Can you clean after business hours?
Yes. Most medical and office clients are cleaned in the evening so patients and staff are never disrupted.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring our own equipment and EPA-registered disinfectants. If your facility requires specific products, we will use them.
How do you price commercial cleaning?
Pricing depends on the size of your space, the type of facility, how often you need cleaning and any special tasks. That is why we start with a walkthrough instead of guessing.
Do you handle medical waste?
No. Regulated medical waste must be removed by a licensed medical waste company. We clean around sharps containers and red-bag bins and remove regular trash only.
Do I need a long-term contract?
We offer flexible agreements. Ask about our options during your walkthrough.
