Medical Office & Clinic Cleaning in Jacksonville

Clean, disinfected and inspection-ready every morning. We clean medical spaces after hours with procedures built to prevent cross-contamination.

Facilities we clean

We work with healthcare practices of every size across Jacksonville, St. Johns and St. Augustine:

  • Family medicine and specialist offices
  • Dental and orthodontic practices
  • Urgent care and walk-in clinics
  • Physical therapy and chiropractic offices
  • Outpatient and specialty clinics

Our medical cleaning process

Patients notice a clean waiting room. Your staff and inspectors notice the details. Every visit follows a written plan built for your facility:

  • Exam and treatment rooms: disinfect exam tables, counters, chairs, light switches, door handles and other high-touch surfaces.
  • Waiting areas and check-in: clean seating, front desks, pens, clipboards and glass, then empty and reline trash.
  • Restrooms: sanitize fixtures, refill soap, paper and sanitizer, and clean floors.
  • Floors: vacuum carpets and damp-mop hard floors with clean mop heads for each area.

Preventing cross-contamination

We use color-coded microfiber cloths so restroom tools never touch exam rooms, and we clean from cleanest to dirtiest areas. We use EPA-registered disinfectants and leave them on surfaces for the full contact time on the label, which is how disinfectants actually kill germs.

A team you can trust in patient areas

Every Ruiz Property Care team member is background-checked. We carry general liability insurance, a janitorial bond and workers' compensation. Our crews do not read, move or handle patient records, and we keep your facility locked and secure.

Our crew members are completing OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens training. Regulated medical waste, such as sharps containers and red-bag waste, must be handled by a licensed medical waste company. We work around those containers and never open or remove them.

Scheduled around your patients

Most practices are cleaned in the evening after the last patient leaves. We can add mid-day restroom and lobby touch-ups for busy clinics.

Bilingual service

We speak English and Spanish, so instructions from your office manager or staff are always understood.

Questions about medical office cleaning

How often should a medical office be cleaned?

Most medical offices need cleaning every business day, with restrooms and high-touch surfaces disinfected each visit. We recommend a schedule during your free walkthrough based on patient volume.

Do you handle medical waste?

No. Regulated medical waste must be removed by a licensed medical waste company. We clean around sharps containers and red-bag bins and remove regular trash only.

What disinfectants do you use?

EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants, applied according to label contact times. We can also use products your facility already requires.
